Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to complete the course?
Each module has around 20 minutes of instruction and about 50 minutes of weekly vocal exercises or homework. That being said every person's life and time commitments are different and access to the materials is instant and will last for your duration in the program, or until you cancel. I recommend at least 3 months to see change in your voice.
Do I get lifetime access to the course material?
You have access to the course material as long as you are in The Empowered Vocalist Academy. The purchase of the program gains entry until you cancel.
When do the live coaching calls take place?
The coaching calls take place on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6pm PST.
Is 1:1 coaching included?
Private coaching is not included in this program but you can get 20% off private coaching with me while a part of the program.
What’s the cancellation policy?
You can cancel any time, however due to the nature of the content provided there are no refunds.
Are there any prerequisites?
The ability to match pitch and the absence of any vocal pathologies is really important for your success in this program. If you currently struggle with matching pitch or have vocal damage (nodules, polyps) I recommend booking coaching on a 1:1 basis.

I’ve been singing for the past 25+ years and love posting singing tips and documenting my own vocal journey on YouTube.
I have a degree in vocal performance and since I started teaching pop/contemporary singing 6 years ago, I’ve taught hundreds of singers and thousands of voice lessons. One of my favorite things about my job is seeing students surprise themselves by doing something vocally they’ve never done before.
